VETERAN SUPPORT

VETERAN SUPPORT SERVICES

 Provide referrals and advocacy to help veterans access benefits and resources.​
Work closely with:
  • County Veterans Service Officer (located at the courthouse)
  • VA Medical Clinic
  • Veterans Center at Arkansas State University (ASU)
Assist with connecting veterans to services including:
  • Occupational therapy
  • Physical therapy
  • Mental health therapy
  • Service dog training and acquisition
  • Food assistance through the Beck Center
  • Hobbies such as fly fishing and guitar classes
Collaborate with ASU faculty and graduate students to expand programs and provide
specialized services.
Educate veterans about their full range of benefits through the VA system, as many are
unaware of all available resources.
